At ECEWC, Dr. Santos, Irma, and Sue work as a team to provide personalized and individual care. We focus on the patient’s health, visual acuity, practical care and advice, stylish eyewear, and general support. By this approach we set ourselves apart from the malls and other large providers. Our focus is on providing quality care to each person.
Dr. Madonna Santos
Optometrist
Dr. Madonna Santos is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA in 1982 and received her Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.) from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 1987. She has been an optometrist for over 25 years and opened EyeCare & EyeWear Center, pc (ECEWC) in 2002. She provides comprehensive eye examinations, one-on-one contact lens fitting and instructions, and detailed follow up care to ensure clear vision and optimal comfort. She is also an active member of the Agawam Rotary Club since 2002.
Irma Montanez
Optician
Irma Montanez has been practicing as a licensed Optician since 1997. She began her education through an apprenticeship program and has been working at EyeCare & EyeWear Center, pc since 2002. Irma manages the optical shop at ECEWC, provides personalized assistance to patients in the selection of new eyewear, advises on optical needs, and provides follow up support services as desired.
Suzanne Roberts
Office Administrator
Suzanne Roberts graduated from Branford Hall Career Institute in Springfield, MA in 2004 where she studied Medical Billing & Coding. She is the Office Administrator at EyeCare & EyeWear Center, pc since 2005.
